Roger Muhl (1929-2008) was a French painter known for his impressionistic landscapes and still lifes. He was born in Strasbourg, France and studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris.

Muhl's paintings are characterized by their vibrant colors, loose brushwork, and emphasis on light and atmosphere. He often painted scenes from the French countryside, including the hills and vineyards of Provence, as well as still lifes of flowers and fruit.

Throughout his career, Muhl received numerous awards and accolades for his work, and his paintings were exhibited in galleries and museums around the world. Today, his works are highly sought after by collectors and can be found in many private and public collections.

Muhl passed away in 2008, but his legacy as a talented and influential painter continues to be celebrated today.
